Mill Creek’s Event Space Rental Agreement

Mill Creek’s Rental fee is $75/hour. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve the date. Remaining balance is due the day of the event.
Access to room 30 minutes prior to start time and 30 minutes after for clean-up. Must leave room in condition in which you acquired it. Will be charged for incidentals.
Mill Creek requires food to be purchased from us (catering menu attached) OR an approved licensed caterer.
Ohio State Liquor Laws prohibits the use of personal alcohol. Alcohol may be purchased from us in advance.
Cancellations: If you must cancel your event for any reason, it must be done AT LEAST 7 days in advance for a refund of your deposit.
